About HBM:
As people, HBM Collective pride ourselves on being open-minded, kind, business-like yet creative and we'll always encourage you to think "outside-the-box". On old nautical maps, cartographers inscribed uncharted regions with the legend, "Here Be Monsters" so we took that and made it our name. So, as you can see it makes sense that we enjoy creating festivals that people remember as inspiring, innovative and risky. Uncharted territory doesn't scare us and we love to laugh. ----------------------------------------- We are: Jeff Gladstone, Heather Lindsay, Jennifer Fitzpatrick, Michael Fitzpatrick, Ryan Gladstone and Michelle Field
What Does It All Mean?
On old nautical maps, cartographers inscribed uncharted regions with the legend, "Here Be Monsters".
Here Be Monsters Collective (HBM) ventures into uncharted territories to rouse the creatures that lurk in the depths. We are dedicated to producing arts festivals and facilitating the creation and dissemination of new theatrical works. We curate random acts of creativity (visual art, theme, performance, music, workshops) to enrich any event, creating a fresh and dynamic experience.
In addition to creating new theatre projects, supporting the emerging artists scene and professional development workshops, HBM Collective will be associate-producing TREMORS with Rumble Productions in March 2006. HBM also produces the hugely successful Carnival of the Arts, set to return in November 2007.
We believe in creativity for the masses and making it truly accessible both financially and intellectually.
As people, HBM Collective pride ourselves on being open-minded, kind, business-like yet creative and we'll always encourage you to think "outside-the-box".
